Here is what I ate today:
Breakfast:
Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal with fresh fruit
coffee with cream and no sugar
Lunch:
HUGE salad with lots of veggies, vinegarette dressing
handful of pistachios
yogurt
Mid-day:
coffee with cream and no sugar
Dinner:
Panera Bread - 1/2 salad/sandwich - my favorite, turkey artichoke panini
I had dinner with a dear childhood friend. Her daughter, now 12, babysat for me. How cute is that? :) It was a great dinner and felt deserved, since I have been SO good with my food choices this week.
