Here is what I ate today:
Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs with cheese
Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal with fresh fruit
coffee with cream and no sugar
Lunch:
cheese stick
handful of pistachios
lots of raw carrots
Mid-day:
coffee with cream and no sugar
Dinner:
HUGE salad with lots of veggies
instead of dressing I mashed up 1/2 an avocado - it worked great!
Yogurt with fruit
Evening:
I had a moment of weakness. Tonight I took my youngest to Target. He wanted a pretzel with cheese. I had a few bites :)
Overall, it was a good day. I tried on dresses tonight for my nephew's wedding. It was a motivation to lose a few pounds in the next couple weeks.
