The sponsored children are fed lunch 6 days a week at school. However, there isn't enough funding to feed all the unsponsored children. Once they get sponsored, they can join the feeding program. It really stinks but funds can only be stretched so far. By the way, to change a child's life by providing school lunch each day (seriously, they desperately need the nutrition) click on the "Child Sponsorship" tab above to learn more about becoming a sponsor. It's only $34 a month, that's it!
I decided that for this special occasion of our team visiting it would be neat to provide lunch for ALL the children each day. So I raised some additional funds and all the children will eat while we visit.
