Here's the truth: fundraising scares me...
Almost 5 weeks ago I launched my first capital project for the Shanto CarePoint. $3,000 needed to be raised for new school uniforms. Since I've been to Ethiopia, to Shanto, I know how important those uniforms are to the children. However, I was concerned about how quickly $3,000 would be raised, especially around the holidays.
Today we are at 83% of the goal! $2475 has been raised and only $525 remains. I am thrilled!!!! I would LOVE for this project to be fully funded by Christmas Day.
