I have blogged a few times about a neighborhood evangelistic Bible study. Aimee called me yesterday to let me know that another neighbor is coming. A neighbor, who is in her mid-50's and has recently accepted Jesus, was talking with another neighbor and invited her to come. Apparently, she was sharing how much having Jesus in her life is making a difference. The other neighbor expressed that she has been thinking about God. She is a woman that I have spoken to so many times in the past 13 years. I have been burdened for her but at a loss as to how to reach out with this important message. I am learning that if we are willing God will use us. It may not be directly but He will listen to our prayers and work everything out according to His purpose!

I really have a lot on my mind and heart about evangelism, discipleship and outreach (God's call to the poor). I am praying about doing some blogs post on those subjects. I feel insecure that I can't write well enough or understand and communicate what the Bible is saying. Praying that I can get my thoughts and words out here and that a few of those who read my words will be challenged or encouraged to continue letting God work through them!
This is great news! Praise God for the fruit He is allowing you to bear on His behalf. Ingrid, you are a beautiful painter of stories--either with words or a camera. God will be your confidence and your competence as you tell the stories!
