Unwrapping Potential

     

Can you believe that Christmas is just 50 days away?  In 50 days, we will be UNWRAPPING presents but starting TODAY we can be UNWRAPPING potential!!

It is time to RETHINK Christmas...  

In case you didn't know, I have 150 precious little friends in Southern Ethiopia.  Unfortunately, they are either orphans or vulnerable, meaning they have lost 1 parent.  I've visited them twice, once in January 2011 and in March 2013.  I've seen the poverty and the struggles they face but also THE POTENTIAL they have.  One way I am helping them is by coordinating their sponsorship program, and another way is by raising funds through capitol projects.  

THIS CHRISTMAS (actually starting VERY soon) I will be asking friends, family and really anyone to help me raise $15,000 for this wonderful Christian school in Southern Ethiopia.  

$15,000 is A LOT of money.  There are 2 ways you can help.  First, just donate, buy a few less presents (a.k.a. RETHINK Christmas) and donate to this project.  Second, you can join my team and help me raise the money by asking your friends and family.  Seriously, if you want to help me you will get your very own campaign page, with a thermometer so you can see how much you have raised.  Doesn't that sound like fun?!!!
